Registration

• Pre-registration is not required.
• Registration is required from each family that is attending the Strong Start program.
• Registration Forms are available and can be downloaded from this site
• ONE registration form is required for any program you wish to attend in the district.

You can obtain a registration form from the Strong Start facilitator at the program you are going to attend.

IMPORTANT: A copy of your child(s) birth certificate is REQUIRED for all children attending the program.

Please provide this documentation upon registration or a Strong Start facilitator can copy this for you.
