Facility Rental

To help reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission and to ensure the continued health, safety and wellness of our staff, students and user groups, all facility rentals throughout the school district have been CANCELLED until June 30, 2020.
Applications for renewals or new facility use are ON HOLD at this time.


SD54 supports the use of schools by non-profit, community and commercial groups provided it does not impact the delivery of Kindergarten to Grade 12 programs.  Schools and other district programs have first priority in the use of facilities.

Rental rates for all school facilities and grounds is established by the district and includes full cost-recovery of long and short term capital and operating costs.

District facilities available for rental include:

  • Classrooms
  • Gymnasiums
  • Multipurpose rooms
  • Auditoriums
  • Specialty rooms (i.e. libraries, music rooms)
